Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

1lb. Chocolate
1/4lb. buter
12eggs yolk and white separated
1/3cup granulated sugar
1 orange zested + juice
Sugar for crust

Directions

Melt chocolate in bain-marie with buter add sugar s􀆟rring with wooden spoon un􀆟l smooth and let cool down.
Add egg yolks 1 by 1
Whip egg whites un􀆟l firm.
Add to chocolate mixture in several 􀆟mes, Fill cups and refrigerate.
